Important Information

Arrival time between 12h00 & 14h00 hours

Late arrival times must be arranged with your agent
Linen & laudry fee of R650 per booking, irrespective of the length of your stay.
Where 2 sets of laundry are provided by us and both are used by guests - only 1 set of linen falls under the linen & laundry fee of R650 (on departure) - the 2nd set of linen are for your own cost and can be done @ the launderette in the Gateway shopping centre.
This fee does not include cleaning of crockery, etc...
Please perform basic cleaning (e.g. broom swept floors, vacuumed carpets, all countertops wiped down, refrigerator emptied, crockery cleaned & packed away).
Self catering home - no toiletries or cleaning materials will be provided for the duration of your stay.
Please bring your own beach towels.
DSTV no longer allows connections for less that a 1 month period, so you need to bring your card from home if the house does not have permanent connection.
No smoking will be allowed in the home.
When you leave, please put all dirty linen in the laundry/wash-up or scullery.
No internet or telephone facilities.
Terms of lease broken: Missing items, damages, excessive cleaning required after check-out.
Payments: No un-cleared checks will be accepted - money must be available immediately when deposited into our trust account.
Payment of proof must be faxed or emailed.
HIGH/PEASK SEASON BOOKINGS: minimum stay of 14 nights
WEEKEND BOOKINGS: minimum stay of 2 nights
SHORT HOLIDAYS: minimum stay of 7 nights

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation must be in writing and reported to us. Monies received will be refunded only if the premises are rebooked by owner/broker for the same reservation period and same rental amount, less 20% of the total rental fee due to broker. NO MONIES will be refunded if the property cannot be rebooked.
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE LESS THAN 30 DAYS prior to arrival and NO REFUNDS if there is payment outstanding. You are responsible for the entire contracted amount of the rental.
